The Mall at Short Hills Names Grosz as General Manager

Taubman executive Breana Grosz has been named general manager of The Mall at Short Hills. She will be responsible for all operations, marketing, sponsorship, tenant, and community relations for the center.

“Breana’s multifaceted business experience, global perspective and collaborative leadership style makes her a dynamic leader for The Mall at Short Hills,” said Bill Knarre, Taubman regional vice president. “Breana has a proven track record for creating memorable and engaging experiences for customers, tenants, and community partners alike.”

Recently, Grosz served as general manager of Country Club Plaza overseeing the 15-city block, 100-year-old property in Kansas City. Before that, she was general manager for the iconic International Market Place in Honolulu, where she was a key leader on the redevelopment and reopening team.

“I am excited to join the outstanding team at one of the preeminent fashion and luxury shopping destinations in the country,” Grosz said. “I look forward to deepening my connection to the community and positioning The Mall at Short Hills for continued success in the years to come.”

Grosz serves on the Millburn Township Local Emergency Management Council and board of directors for AccesSurf, a Hawaii-based nonprofit that provides individuals with disabilities access to water through assisted swimming and surfing.

The Taubman Company LLC is engaged in the management and/or leasing of 26 regional, superregional and outlet malls in the U.S. and Asia.
