Jamie Cox Named General Manager of The Mall at Short Hills

Commercial property and retail operations professional Jamie Cox has joined The Mall at Short Hills as general manager. In this role, Cox is responsible for property management, retailer and community relations and marketing for the shopping center.

Cox brings more than 10 years of experience to his new position. Most recently, he served as a commercial property manager for national real estate development firm OliverMcMillan in Houston. He also held senior management positions with retail properties in California and New York. Additionally, he served as a personnel specialist and supervisor for Costco Wholesale in Washington.

“With a prominent lineup of luxury tenants and robust combination of notable anchors, The Mall at Short Hills is an impressive retail property,” said Cox. “I’m excited to join a team of seasoned professionals who are focused on setting a benchmark for quality merchandise and elevating the consumer experience.”

Cox attended Washington State University and attained the Certified Shopping Center Manager (CSM) credential from the International Council of Shopping Centers.
