Prager Metis’ Lori A. Roth Named Managing Partner for Northeast Region

Prager Metis CPAs, a leading accounting and advisory firm with offices in North America, Europe, and Asia, announced that Lori A. Roth has been named managing partner for the Northeast region of Prager Metis effective June 5.

Prager Metis, which has New Jersey offices in Basking Ridge, Hackensack, Montvale, and Cranbury, has combined the New York and the Mid-Atlantic Regions to form the new Northeast Region. As managing partner for the Northeast region, Roth provides leadership and guidance to partners and team members. Prior to this new role, Roth was the managing partner of the Mid-Atlantic region, which she has grown tremendously in the last four years.

Roth’s dedication to clients and team members alike has been a cornerstone of her leadership philosophy. Her entrepreneurial spirit and innovative growth strategies are among the many assets that have built Prager Metis into the firm it is today.  As a founding member of Metis Group LLC in 2002, she was instrumental in the growth of the firm to a top organization, which merged with Prager and Fenton LLP in 2013 to form the firm that is now Prager Metis.

Working in the accounting industry since 1984, Roth specializes in audit and assurance services, litigation support, and business valuations. She has worked with clients in a variety of industries including closely held businesses, real estate, and the U.S. subsidiaries of foreign banks and corporations. She strongly believes in working closely with business owners in a team approach, and often adds much-needed depth at the top level to these business owners.

Roth is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants. She is also heavily involved with the New Jersey Chamber of Commerce and the New Jersey Business and Industry Association. Roth is a board member of Unchained at Last, and the gala chairperson for Cancer Hope Network.
