NJM Expands Commercial Package Policy to 3 Mid-Atlantic States

Business owners in Delaware, Maryland, and Pennsylvania can now access NJM’s “Total Account Solution”

NJM Insurance Group is now writing commercial package policies (CPP) in Delaware, Maryland, and Pennsylvania with policy effective dates beginning Aug. 1. The company began offering the product to New Jersey-based businesses in May.

“This expansion enables NJM to extend its mission of service to a greater number of businesses throughout the Mid-Atlantic region,” said Mitch Livingston, NJM president, and CEO. “NJM has served the insurance needs of the business community for more than a century, and we are pleased to grow and evolve as those needs change.”

The NJM ProPack Commercial Package Policy protects mid-to-large-sized businesses against property and liability risks, including crime, inland marine, and industry-specific coverages. Highlights of the policy include:

  • Property extension endorsements to better protect Real Estate, Business Personal Property, and Business Income
  • General liability enhancement endorsements for construction, manufacturing, and all other industries
  • Optional coverages for equipment breakdown, employment practices liability insurance, professional liability, contractors’ errors & omissions, and cyber insurance

In addition, ProPack policyholders who need higher limits of liability protection are eligible to apply for NJM Commercial Excess and Umbrella insurance.

“We successfully rolled out ProPack in New Jersey in May and we are already receiving positive feedback,” said Arjay Pedalino, NJM vice president of commercial lines. “We are now excited to work with our preferred network of distribution partners to offer our total account solution to more businesses throughout the region.”

Businesses can apply for ProPack by connecting with a Premier agent at njm.com/agent.

NJM is a leading provider of workers’ compensation insurance and also offers commercial auto, ProEdge Businessowners Policy, and general liability insurance.
