NAI James E. Hanson, a New Jersey-based full-service independent commercial real estate firm, announces it has brokered a long-term lease deal with Ramsey Fine Food Inc. for 11,100 square feet of retail space at 465 North Franklin Turnpike in Ramsey. NAI Hanson’s Ronald A. Fotiu represented the landlord, Impruv LLC in the transaction. Gary P. Sauerborn of NAI Hanson represented the tenant.
Ramsey Fine Food Inc. will occupy the freestanding, 15,000-square-foot space in the high-traffic area just seconds from Route 17 and across the street from Don Bosco High School. The company is relocating from its previous 3,000-square-foot Route 17 location as the owners recognized the increasing demand for premium quality fruits, vegetables and fish including sushi-grade seafood. The ideal location for their market, which boasts 14-foot ceilings and 50 parking spaces means the growing company can increase their stock and visibility.
“The NAI Hanson exclusive listing at 465 North Franklin was perfect for the company’s immediate expansion plans as it was nearby their previous location allowing them to retain their loyal customer base while building upon their already impressive business,” said Fotiu. “Our ability to identify and work within the confines of the tenants requirements while serving our client’s best interests has also led to potential opportunities of working with the tenant in the near future as they plan to expand to ten additional locations.”
The property is just minutes from Routes 287, 202 and the Garden State Parkway.
