GreenPoint Solutions and FireScreen Technologies Announce Merger

GreenPoint Solutions, LLC, a managed and professional IT services provider based in Princeton, and FireScreen Technologies, LLC, a managed and professional IT services provider based in North Brunswick, today announce their definitive merger agreement.

The merger combines the strengths of GreenPoint Solutions and FireScreen Technologies, by leveraging their resources and industry expertise to deliver unparalleled IT services to their customers.

Both GreenPoint Solutions and FireScreen Technologies share a strong customer focus and a combination of over 30 years of industry knowledge that will help deliver richer and more comprehensive managed and professional IT services to customers.

The merger of GreenPoint Solutions and FireScreen Technologies will operate under the name GreenPoint Solutions.
