Fred Meyer Named NAI Global Corporate Services Council Chair

Fred Meyer, SIOR, executive vice president and director of brokerage/corporate services, NAI Mertz, has been named the 2018 Corporate Services Council Chair for NAI Global, a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm.

“Fred’s experience in all aspects of corporate and brokerage services will greatly benefit our professionals,” said Jay Olshonsky, president, NAI Global. “We are delighted that Fred will serve in this role to advance the organization’s efforts.”

The NAI Global Councils focus on elevating the qualified competency of its professionals and ensuring consistent service delivery across the organization. The Councils are committed to fostering partnership and cooperation among NAI Firms by enabling sharing of best practices, including presentations, proposals, documents, collateral, tools and techniques. They work to create value-based programming at meetings and conventions, develop networking forums, and deliver content via Web conferences and industry events.

Meyer has won numerous national real estate awards for his leadership, skills and transaction volume, and was previously inducted into the NAI Global Hall of Fame. Notably, he is recognized throughout NAI Global as a leader in the expert facilitation of cross-country and global client requirements. Fred works tirelessly to ensure the success of his colleagues. As an industry veteran, and a trained six-sigma black belt, Fred’s process-driven approach benefits the new salespeople he trains, as well as the experienced brokers he guides. Fred previously served as Chairman to the NAI industrial and logistics councils.
