NAI Mertz Receives Two Distinguished Awards from NAI Global

NAI Mertz, a full-service commercial real estate firm headquartered in Mt. Laurel and serving southern New Jersey and greater Philadelphia, announced it was named NAI Global Office of the Year.

The award, recently presented at the 2017 NAI Global Convention in Carlsbad, CA, acknowledges the top company within NAI Global that effectively promotes the brand, drives business, positively engages with fellow professionals, provides leadership, and represents a continuous growth trajectory.

In addition, Scott Mertz, SIOR, was recognized as the NAI Global Top Producer of the Year. This accolade honors individuals handling the highest volume of multi-market business within the NAI Global network. Scott completed transactions last year totaling over 6.5 million square feet. Scott was also recognized as a top producer in 2014 and earned second place in 2015.
