CGI Names Sean Kennedy to Lead NJ Team

Global IT and business consulting services firm CGI has named Sean Kennedy as head of its New Jersey team.

Kennedy will officially serve as director of consulting services, leading the approximately 250 employees in the firm’s New Brunswick office, overseeing the company’s state and local government accounts, and have a major role with corporate clients.

He will report to CGI Senior Vice President Mike Reagan, who oversees a large portion of the Northeast.

“It has been a pleasure working with Sean. He is very well connected and very knowledgeable in government affairs. He understands the intersection between public and private business. I have benefitted professionally from Sean and consider him a friend,” said Reagan.

Kennedy has worked at his alma-mater Rowan University for the past six years, most recently holding the position of vice president of government affairs and corporate partnerships.

Kennedy continues to serve as the president of the Burlington County board of taxation, and has separately led campaigns at the highest levels to business development for highly respected civil engineering firms.
