Parsippany-based FNT Software, a provider of software solutions for the integrated management of IT, data center, and telecommunication infrastructures worldwide, announced the appointment of Carsten Wreth as its new CEO. Wreth succeeds Nikolaus Albrecht, who founded the IT company in 1994 and has now retired from operational management. Albrecht remains a shareholder of FNT GmbH.
The company’s FNT Command Platform enables enterprise organizations to manage the complex hybrid infrastructures required to support automation and keep pace with the growing demand for digital services utilized by employees, partners, and customers. FNT continues to drive automation and allow its customers to achieve operational efficiencies through its integrated data model that manages IT assets, services, and utilization, both on premise and in the cloud.
The hiring of Wreth reinforces FNT’s commitment to provide cutting-edge software, drive innovation, and deliver exceptional service. “I’m looking forward to continuing the growth of FNT,” Wreth said. “As part of our strategic development plan, we will strengthen FNT’s global customer base and expand our business activities in Europe.”
Wreth has more than 20 years of experience in management positions and has previously worked in the telecommunications, automotive, and IT industries. Prior to joining FNT, Wreth was senior vice president of customer experience at European car manufacturer Stellantis. In this position, he was responsible for the strategic customer orientation of the company. Prior to Stellantis, Wreth was vice president of customer experience Europe at Opel. From 2009 to 2014, he was CEO of Telefonica Global Services.
“With a recommendation rate of 96 percent, it’s clear that FNT maintains a very high level of customer satisfaction,” added Wreth. “I am proud to be a part of such a dedicated team and look forward to collaborating on FNT’s growth initiatives, new deployments, and partner relationships.”
