Weber, Shapiro & Company, LLP, Merges with NCM Capital Management, LLC

To expand the scope of services and depth of expertise available to its clients, Weber, Shapiro & Company, LLP, Woodcliff Lake-based accounting and consulting firm, is merging its investment and financial planning practice into NCM Capital Management, LLC, Ramsey. NCM is an SEC-registered wealth advisory firm specializing in investment strategy and financial planning led by Founder and Principal Nicholas LaVerghetta. As part of the agreement between the two firms, WS & Co. Managing Partner Mark S. Weber, CPA, PFS, CFS, CGMA, will become a Principal of NCM. WS & Co.’s other service lines are not part of the merger.
