Sax and James D. Miller & Co. LLP Merge to Strengthen Foothold in New York

Clifton-based accounting, tax and advisory firm, Sax LLP, expanded its New York presence by merging with James D. Miller & Co. LLP, an accounting firm based in New York City.

James D. Miller & Co. is a full-service accounting and tax firm dedicated to providing clients with professional, personalized services and guidance on a wide range of financial and business matters. Over its 115-year history, the firm has worked with families spanning multiple generations. James D. Miller & Co. specializes in providing meaningful value to businesses, individuals, trusts and estates, and not-for-profit entities. The newly combined firm under the Sax banner will continue to lend this expertise to its clients, in addition to specific industry guidance within the largest vertical markets.
