Beckerman, an independently owned public relations agencies specializing in real estate and real estate technology with offices in New York, San Francisco, Chicago, and Hackensack, announces that it has rebranded as Antenna. The rebrand, which coincides with the firm’s 30th anniversary, completes the consolidation of other Beckerman parent company subsidiaries, including Eco Branding and Chicago Digital, under the Antenna umbrella.
Founded in 1989 as a boutique real estate public relations agency, the firm’s real estate practice, now named Antenna Spaces, has grown into a communications and marketing powerhouse that works with dozens of companies on the leading edge of real estate. The firm’s experience includes the creation and execution of integrated campaigns on behalf of REITs, national developers and homebuilders, ‘future’ workplaces, architecturally distinct luxury residential properties, commercial and residential brokerage firms, and transformative mixed-use redevelopments. Additionally, Antenna boasts the industry’s largest practice dedicated to real estate technology.
As part of the corporate rebrand, a new logo, name, brand identity, and website have been unveiled to communicate the full breadth of Antenna’s integrated service offerings. The firm now encompasses a network of over 80 professionals across offices in New York City, New Jersey, San Francisco and Chicago.
“Antenna is equipped to provide our clients with the full arsenal of public relations and marketing services that brands require in today’s disrupted, distracted and fragmented media environment,” said Keith Zakheim, Antenna CEO. “With our help, companies can effectively leverage any media platform — traditional, digital or social — to drive their message to their key audiences and influencers.”
In addition to real estate and real estate technology, the new Antenna provides strategic counsel and integrated public relations and digital marketing campaigns to clients in the cleantech, mobility, healthcare, and B2B technology industries. The firm’s core services — including strategy, messaging, media relations, event planning, thought leadership, content development, and crisis communications — are now bolstered by digital marketing services including social media, paid digital, web design, SEO, and inbound sales and marketing automation; as well as creative services including branding, graphic design, and corporate video production.
Christa Segalini remains executive vice president overseeing Antenna Spaces.
“Beckerman was founded as a public relations firm focused on the real estate industry. Over time, our practice areas have expanded to include the cleantech, mobility and healthcare sectors, and our service offerings have grown to incorporate digital marketing and web design,” Segalini said. “What clients have always loved about our practice isn’t changing, but the real estate industry is, as technology, evolving consumer behavior, and changing demographics have dramatically shifted the landscape. Our enhanced integrated marketing capabilities enable us to partner with our clients to navigate this disruption, armed with a complete toolkit of services guided by decades of deep industry domain expertise.”
The new Antenna logo is an abstraction of an antenna and four signal bars to represent four companies (Antenna, Beckerman, Eco Branding and Chicago Digital) coming together. The gradient of these bars creates a sense of movement, upwards and to the right, representing positive growth, lift-off, and escape velocity.
