The Pro Staff Physical Therapy teams are a well-trained, highly diverse staff with deep roots in care, offering intense on site and follow up care.

Dr. John Lee, PT, DPT, leads the Montclair team, and earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science and Sports Medicine at Rutgers College of Rutgers University, and continued his education at Rutgers University, University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, where he earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy. He is an expert in treating a broad spectrum of orthopedic injuries and has deep knowledge in rehabilitation, including surgical interventions. His background in rehabilitation includes treatment of patients in acute and sub-acute settings for burn trauma, general surgery, women’s health issues, as well as bedside treatment in the ICU. He has received training in the assessment and administration of neuro-dynamics and neural mobilization as treatment interventions for orthopedic ailments. Dr.  Lee, a golf expert, is also well known for his primary focus in the treatment of sports-related conditions and injuries. It is in this realm he utilizes his education and clinical skills where his competence and compassion is evident.
