Prager Metis, a leading accounting and advisory firm with offices in North America (including three in New Jersey), Europe, Asia, and the Metaverse, joins forces with Goldsmith Molis & Gray. The pairing bolsters Prager Metis’s presence in North Carolina and expands its suite of services. This will be retroactively effective as of Jan. 1.
Joe Molis, Allen Gray, and Crystal Goldsmith have joined Prager Metis as partners, and George Gabler and Steven Foster have joined as principals. Their team will be working out of their current offices in Asheville and Hendersonnville, North Carolina.
“We are excited to partner with a well-regarded firm like Goldsmith Molis & Gray,” says Glenn L. Friedman, CEO if Prager Metis. “Prager Metis prides itself on providing best-in-class service to every client. The addition of GM&G enhances our capabilities and enables us to deliver an even wider range of premier accounting, tax, and advisory solutions. This partnership reinforces our commitment to growth and leadership in the market.”
“This strategic partnership enables us to leverage our joint expertise in new ways that unlock greater value for clients,” says Molis. “By integrating the GM&G team into Prager Metis’s industry-leading platform, together we will build upon our rich histories of client-centered service. We are confident this partnership positions us for the future in a dynamically growing market.”
