ParkMyFleet, a nationwide provider of parking locations and technology solutions for fleet operations, is opening a mobile hub in Ewing. Commercial real estate service provider NAI Fennelly negotiated the lease for two acres of industrial land at 1605 Calhoun Street.
Based in New York City, ParkMyFleet’s nationwide network of mobility hubs offers a wide range of fleet solutions services to companies including vehicle transport, reconditioning services, inventory management, title and registration, sale preparation, and vehicle maintenance services.
ParkMyFleet currently has a footprint spanning thousands of acres with mobility hubs in every major U.S. metropolitan market. 1605 Calhoun Street’s ideal location less than a mile from Route 1 with easy access to the Trenton Transit Center and Trenton Mercer Airport as well as Route 29, Exit 7A on the New Jersey Turnpike, and Interstates 195 and 295 provided ParkMyFleet with a perfect location to expand its on-the-ground presence in the Trenton and Philadelphia markets.
“With the increases in the size and complexity of commercial vehicle fleets, the need for parking and service areas within dense urban cores increases by the day,” said Jerry Fennelly, SIOR. “By tapping into the demand for parking facilities, we were able to help our client attract a growing national tenant to their property and capitalize on the strong demand for parking across New Jersey.”
