Patrick Coyle Appointed Vice President, Chief Financial Officer of Eisai

Woodcliff Lake-based Eisai Inc., the U.S. pharmaceutical subsidiary of Eisai Co., Ltd., announced the immediate appointment of Patrick Coyle as vice president and chief Financial officer (CFO). In this role, Coyle will have full oversight and responsibility for leading Eisai’s financial operations in the United States and Canada. He will also serve as a member of the company’s executive committee.

Coyle is a seasoned financial professional who has more than two decades of experience in financial planning and analysis, operations and strategy development from his tenure at several prominent healthcare companies. Before joining Eisai, he served as vice president, Financial Planning and Analysis at INSMED Inc. Previously, he held positions of increasing responsibility in the Finance departments at Novartis, Bayer HealthCare Pharmaceuticals, Sun Chemical and Computer Horizons Corporation.

Coyle earned both a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Management and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and Accounting from The School of Business at Montclair State University. He completed the Finance Leadership Program at Harvard Business School in 2017.
