Pagano Named New Jersey Market President at Peoples Security Bank

Peoples Security Bank & Trust (PSBT) has announced that John Pagano has been promoted to New Jersey Market President. Pagano will be continuing his service of helping and developing relationships with area customers and businesses as well as mentoring his local staff from the bank’s Piscataway Business Center. Pagano has been with Peoples Security Bank for two years and has more than 30 years of experience in the banking industry.

He will continue to oversee all banking and lending operations of the bank within its New Jersey region and is directly responsible for the strategic goals that are in place for generating revenue, managing expenses, financial planning, leadership & coaching support, and public relations.

“John’s leadership and resourcefulness has allowed us to cultivate a strong presence within our New Jersey region. We are excited and optimistic about his future at Peoples Security, and this is a well-deserved promotion for John,” says Jeffrey Drobins, executive vice president, chief lending officer.
