J.G. Petrucci Sells Pureland Flex Center Building I

Top ergonomic products developer will occupy the 95,872-square-foot industrial facility in Swedesboro

Asbury-based J.G. Petrucci Company, Inc., one of the region’s leading development and design/build firms, has sold 1151 Commerce Center Blvd. to a leading global ergonomic products developer. The facility provides the international company direct access to their Northeast consumer base.

Situated on 8.5 acres, Pureland Flex Center 1 is a 95,872-square-foot Class ‘A’ facility in Swedesboro, featuring 32′ clear height, LED lighting, and ample vehicle parking.

“Our company is well-positioned to deliver Class-A projects that meet the demand of this strong industrial market,” explains J.G. Petrucci project executive Joe Petrucci. “We’re excited about Pureland Flex Center II and III. Both sites are fully approved and can accommodate a variety of different users – manufacturing, logistics, or food processing, to name a few.”

Pureland Flex Center II, located at 431 Pedricktown Road, is approved for 122,000 square feet with 138 trailer storage space. Pureland Flex Center Building III, located at 2099 Center Square Road, is approved for a 75,732-square-foot building, perfect for a cold storage or food manufacturing company. Both projects are “shovel ready” and can deliver within a 6–8-month timeframe.

Both available sites provide direct access to I-295 and are less than thirty miles from the Port of Philadelphia and the Philadelphia International Airport.

JLL’s Dean Torosian represented J.G. Petrucci in the transaction. Irene Tang of GD Commercial Real Estate represented the ergonomic products developer.
