NJM Receives Auto Claims Certification from J.D. Power

For the second year in a row, NJM Insurance Group is the only company in the country to receive Auto Claims Certification from J.D. Power, recognizing NJM for providing an outstanding auto claims experience. In 2018, NJM was the inaugural recipient of this prestigious designation.  With this year’s recertification, J.D. Power recognizes NJM’s enduring commitment to customer service and claim satisfaction.

J.D. Power’s Claims Certification Program^SM recognizes insurers that provide an outstanding claims experience to customers. To qualify for the program, NJM underwent a rigorous independent audit of the claims process, which included a survey of customers who recently had a claim, and an evaluation of claims performance across five key areas: First Notice of Loss; Estimation; Repair Process; Claims Servicing; and Settlement.
