Liu Named C&W Executive Managing Director

Real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield has hired Jimo Liu as an executive managing director. Based out of the firm’s Iselin office, Liu will provide real estate brokerage and advisory services for new and existing industrial clients, focusing on multi-market third party logistics firms.

Liu has over a decade of commercial real estate experience providing services to clients. In 2021, he negotiated over 1 million square feet of industrial leases. He will join Cushman & Wakefield’s industrial team led by Chuck Fern, which is consistently a top-performing team in the country.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Liu served as a senior vice president at Avison Young and a vice president at HHE Investment Inc., managing the firm’s real estate investments in the U.S. He started his career in investment management at The MDE Group, now Beacon Trust, where he was responsible for portfolio management, risk analysis and asset collection.

Liu graduated summa cum laude from Rutgers University, School of Engineering, with double majors in Biomedical Engineering and Economics and is a CFA charter holder.
