Ironstate Completes 270 New Apartments in Phase Two of Development at Harrison Urby

Following a grand opening in 2017, Harrison Urby completes and launches 270 new Urby apartments in Harrison. The second phase of construction continues to build on Urby’s transformative residential concept with social spaces for residents.

“Urby is designed as a modern approach to urban apartment living that aims to create a far more inspired rental experience than what is currently offered by the existing apartment industry,” says Barry. “Similar to how boutique hotels eclipsed corporate brands as the new standard in the hotel industry, we are confident that Urby will become the new standard for rental apartment living.”

As part of the second phase of development, Harrison Urby added a community garden with individual farm plots. These will join existing social spaces like the Urby Kitchen, a chef’s kitchen used to host a continual program of events, a heated saltwater swimming pool and patio, fire pits, BBQ grills, and lawn games, including bocce and table tennis, an on-site dog park and a two-story, 6,000 square foot fitness center.

Harrison Urby’s architecture and interiors are designed by Amsterdam-based firm Concrete.
