Henderson Promos Celebrates 10-Year Anniversary

Henderson Promos LLC, the Red Bank-based international leader of promotional product sales, particularly with printed apparel, is celebrating its 10-year anniversary. According to CEO Kristina Henderson, the certified U.S. Women-Owned Small Business (U.S. WOSB) and Women’s Business Enterprise (WBE), has been successful throughout its first decade because of the company’s belief in hard work and persistence.

“Hard work and a genuine caring attitude toward our clients have propelled our growth,” Henderson says. “We grew because of the constant referrals our clients have made throughout the years.

“Oftentimes, clients talk about our quality products, great pricing, and how we understand their branding goals. However, the feedback we hear most often goes something like this, ‘I can just tell that you care about us and the work you are doing.’ That is music to our ears because it is exactly the kind of company that we set out to build.”

Henderson Promos offers more than 700,000 promotional items – from mugs, pens, t-shirts, tote bags, awards and more. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the company began offering Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to hospitals, Fortune 500 companies, residents and businesses in Ocean and Monmouth counties, and US states.

Kristina Henderson became operations manager of the family-owned business, then called Thrive Promos, in 2017, where she tripled sales in one year. In 2018, she was named CEO. In 2020, she was crowned Mrs. New Jersey American.

The CEO always looks forward to sharing her knowledge of entrepreneurship and best business practices with women throughout the state. “My goal is to elevate women in the workforce by promoting mentorship among women, advocating for other female business owners, and helping to create other women owned businesses with guidance and support,” she says.

In addition to celebrating its 10-year anniversary, Henderson promos has been ranked No. 10 on the Inc. 5000 Northeast Regional list, achieving over 1800% growth in the last two years.
