Healthy Fast-Food Concept Grabbagreen To Open In Newark

Grabbagreen®, the Arizona-based fast-casual restaurant concept known for their healthy and organic alternative to fast food will make its New Jersey debut on Wednesday, December 13 under area developers and franchisees, Stephen Hudson and Bernard Ciszewski of BeinGreen, Inc. The much anticipated New Jersey location will join Nike and Starbucks in the highly coveted Prudential ‘Shoppes on Broad’ at 98 Halsey Street in Downtown Newark. This Grabbagreen location will be the first of 20 locations to open throughout the state over the next 10 years.

Grabbagreen’s naturally gluten-free menu is is preservative-free, GMO free, semi-organic and filled with whole foods. The menu offers a full selection of grain and green-based bowls, hormone-free and antibiotic-free proteins provided by local farms, fresh-pressed juice, handcrafted smoothies, acai bowls, kid-friendly items and a healthy breakfast menu that is available all day long.

All signature menu items at Grabbagreen are prepared fresh and made-to-order. The engaging menu offers a variety of options for the customer to customize their meal with their popular “Grab Your Own” option and a variety of flavors to meet dietary needs.

In addition to the corporate clientele and surrounding business community, the restaurant looks forward to fueling college campuses such as Rutgers, Seton Hall-Law, NJIT, Essex Community College and the staff/patients at St. Michaels Medical Center.

Grabbagreen now has 11 restaurants operating in Arizona, Idaho, New Jersey, North Carolina, Tennessee and Texas. The franchise has executed 78 franchise agreements and 174 development agreements since April 2015. They will open 3 additional locations by the end of the year; in both Denver and Charlotte.
