ERA Real Estate Appoints Diana Wall as Senior Vice President of Sales

Madison-based ERA Real Estate announced Diana Wall has assumed the position of senior vice president of sales. Wall is an industry veteran with more than 30 years of experience in strategic execution and business development in the franchising and real estate industries.

In her new role, Wall is responsible for curating strategic plans to support growth within the ERA Network.  Wall has a deep appreciation for the personal relationships that the real estate industry is built upon and recognizes the importance of community and culture behind a brand.

“Diana is a business builder with a reputation for integrity, smarts and delivering on her promises,” said Simon Chen, president and CEO of ERA Real Estate. “She understands the power of collaboration and communication in driving success across a large real estate network.”

Wall will work alongside the ERA senior management team to further build the ERA broker footprint. A powerful tool in Wall’s arsenal will be the ERA Powered program. The ERA Powered program is designed to form affiliations with established brokerages that have strong local identities, want the support of ERA tools and resources, and also want to maintain their legacy brand identities within their markets.

“ERA is all about acceptance and supporting those who want to create a trusted legacy in their community,” said Diana Wall, senior vice president of sales of ERA Real Estate. “I want to ensure that we are onboarding brokers who value the ERA vision, see the full potential of our tools and resources, and are fiercely determined to grow.

“What we’re doing at ERA is bigger than all of us,” Wall continued. “ERA Real Estate understands how  interactions with brokers and agents create meaningful paths to home ownership – and change lives – in the neighborhoods they serve. I want to reinforce that.”

Wall previously served as vice president, Business Development of RE/MAX and vice president of Field Operations for Project C.U.R.E. Earlier in her career, she worked for ERA Real Estate as a district sales manager. Wall returned to ERA because of its sincere dedication to brokers, agents and consumers and the company’s commitment to making strong personal connections.
