Dichter Joins Hyland Levin Shapiro LLP

Real estate attorney Rachel S. Dichter has joined Marlton-based Hyland Levin Shapiro LLP where she will continue her practice representing real estate investors in acquisition, disposition, financing and leasing of commercial real estate.

Prior to joining Hyland Levin Shapiro, Dichter had a diverse professional journey. She has practiced law at an AmLaw 100 law firm, served as in-house counsel to a national shopping center owner/operator, worked as Assistant Counsel for a nonprofit area agency on aging, and clerked for the Honorable J.E. Rafferty (deceased), Superior Court of New Jersey.

“We are thrilled to be adding a transactional real estate attorney with Rachel’s credentials, which match up well with our existing and future client needs. As a seasoned professional, she will be able to hit the ground running and jump right into our robust practice,” said Mark Shapiro, who heads the firm’s real estate practice group.

Dichter graduated from The State University of New Jersey, School of Law – Camden (J.D. 2010), where she served as Nuremberg Editor, 2009-2010, Staff Member, 2008-2009, Rutgers Journal of Law & Religion. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University in 1991 and an associate’s degree from the Culinary Institute of America in 1993. Dichter is a Philadelphia Bar Association and Louis D. Brandeis Law Society member. She is admitted to practice law in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, New York, and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
