The Goldstein Group Announces Palestina’s Promotion
On Dec 3, 2018Chuck Lanyard, president of Paramus-based The Goldstein Group, New Jersey’s leading retail real estate brokerage firm, announced that Marc Palestina has been promoted to a director at the firm.
“Marc has been with the company for several years and his energy and enthusiasm have provided his customers and clients with professional and personal service,” stated Lanyard. “Marc’s efforts have gained him numerous successful assignments in representing both tenants and landlords for The Goldstein Group.
He has worked with such notable landlords as Hampshire Management, Mandelbaum Properties, Pagano Real Estate, Paragano LLC, Phillips Edison, NT Hegeman, Doil LLC, MCP Associates and ACN Developers. On the tenant side, he has completed 16 deals with Playa Bowls, the Acai bowl concept, and 8 more soon to be signed, Metro PCS, Dunkin Donuts, Safeguard Storage and Brothers Barbeque Restaurant.
Marc has been a member of the ICSC for many years.
