Developers Break Ground on New 152-Home Upscale Rental Community in Cherry Hill

Developers Sterling Properties and Bob Dale announced that they have broken ground on their latest venture of 152 luxury rental homes in Cherry Hill, one of the Philadelphia region’s premier suburbs.

Named “Evan’s Mill”, the new community will feature unique townhome-style apartments, as well as single-level residences in three-story elevator buildings.  Site improvements are now underway at the neighborhood with leasing expected to begin in summer, 2017.

“We’re thrilled to finally launch Evan’s Mill, which has been years in the making,” says Nick Hollenbeck, Director of Sales and Marketing for Sterling Properties.  “We believe Evan’s Mill will quickly be recognized as the premier rental community in the South Jersey and suburban Philadelphia markets and expect this community to stand out for several reasons.

“It’s location just ten miles to Philadelphia, one mile to downtown Haddonfield and surrounded by all the conveniences and amenities of Cherry Hill is ideal from both the commuter and lifestyle perspectives.  Second, the design, architecture and neighborhood features will set the bar in the marketplace and offer residents an unbeatable experience.  And it’s portfolio of homes will offer exciting choices for everyone, whether young professionals seeking their first apartment or more established locals downsizing from larger homes.”

Evan’s Mill will feature home plans ranging from 795 to 1,449 square-feet of upscale living space, with designer interior finishes including nine-foot ceilings and open floorplans with contemporary kitchens featuring wood cabinetry, islands, quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances.  Garage parking and extra storage will also be available.

In addition to the elegantly-designed apartments, residents of Evan’s Mill will enjoy a full suite of recreational and social amenities including a state-of-the-art clubhouse with a sparkling outdoor pool, fully-equipped fitness center, yoga room, and indoor and outdoor entertainment areas.  The community will connect by walking trails to the Croft Farm Arts Center and the Cooper River park system at Challenge Grove Park.

Evan’s Mill is situated at the intersection of Brace and Kresson Roads.  It’s prime location near major thoroughfares, including the New Jersey Turnpike and Routes 295 and 70, and convenience to both the Haddonfield and Woodcrest stations of the PATCO High Speedline, will provide easy access into the business, entertainment and cultural opportunities of historic Philadelphia.  The delights of the famed Jersey Shore are just over an hour away.
