Cushman & Wakefield Names Brennan Managing Director

Cushman & Wakefield announced that Kim Brennan has joined the real estate services firm as managing director based out of the firm’s Morristown office. She rejoins Cushman & Wakefield after four years at CBRE, where she was responsible for driving business initiatives, strategic planning, recruiting and overall broker business development in the office leasing, capital markets and debt and structure finance sectors.

“We are thrilled to welcome Kim back to Cushman & Wakefield,” said Bob Donnelly, Executive Vice Chair. “Her extensive expertise and deep relationships within various sectors will further strengthen our ability to provide unparalleled results to our clients.”

Prior to her time at CBRE, Brennan served as COO in the Tri-State region for Colliers International for three years and spent ten years at Cushman & Wakefield where she served as the market leader for the firm’s New Jersey region.

“Cushman & Wakefield’s success is rooted in the exceptional talents of our professionals, and we are committed to attracting and retaining the top talent in the industry,” said Peter Bronsnick, Managing Principal of New Jersey. “Our deep bench of brokerage professionals allows us to provide our clients with best-in-class services and positions our firm to capitalize on growth opportunities and expand our market share.”

Brennan has been featured in Real Estate-New Jersey as a “Women of Influence” in 2007, 2008 and 2009, and was named on the “40 Under 40” list in 2008. She was also honored among NJBiz’s “40 Under 40” list in 2008 and, in 2009, served as a judge for the prestigious program. In April 2011, she was named as NJBiz’s “Top Fifty Women in Business.”

Brennan has co-chaired the NAIOP NJ Gala Committee and serves as a Trustee for NAIOP NJ. She served as Director of Programming for CREW NJ, an international organization for women in commercial real estate, and as Director of Membership for the organization.
