Crystal Springs Resort Opens the Canyon Ballroom

Crystal Springs Resort recently open its expansive Canyon Ballroom at Minerals Hotel in Vernon. The new 15,000-square-foot venue (which includes the dining room, kitchen and back of house) services up to 500 guests for a single seating and serve as a multi-purpose venue – ideal for weddings, corporate groups, expos and trade shows.

For this project, a collaboration with Manhattan-based firm INC Architecture & Design was undertaken. The studio has partnered on various high-profile hospitality ventures including Crystal Springs Resort’s Wine Spectator Grand Award-winning Restaurant Latour and the Biophilic-inspired guest rooms at the AAA 4-diamond Grand Cascades Lodge.

“Crystal Springs Resort’s expertise with weddings and group gatherings lead us to develop a ballroom with both a visually stunning design and a high-tech kitchen,” stated Chris Mulvihill, CMO of the resort. “The Canyon Ballroom offers an unparalleled experience for our guests, and we look forward to welcoming clientele who expect nothing less than an exceptional and memorable experience.”

Prior to year’s end, the Canyon Ballroom will host Thanksgiving brunch, various meeting planner events and a winter holiday concert.
