Construction Complete, Long-Term Lease Signed for Woodbridge Industrial Property

Woodmont Industrial Partners (Woodmont) has announced a long-term lease with R.A.S. Logistics for its recently completed industrial building in Woodbridge. The property brings 54,113 square feet of Class A industrial space to a premier location in township.

Located on the border of Fords and Hopelawn, 51 New Brunswick Avenue features 32’ clear height ceilings, eight exterior dock doors and one drive-in door, build-to-suit office space, and easy access to the New Jersey Turnpike, Garden State Parkway, Route 9, and Route 440. Woodmont began construction in October 2022, after acquiring the site in April 2022. Leasing was led by Cushman & Wakefield’s Mindy Lissner, Chuck Fern, Jason Barton, and David Gheriani.

At South Brunswick’s 461 Ridge Road, Woodmont and its partner EverWest Real Estate Investors have also begun the complete renovation and 65,000-square-foot expansion of an existing 145,000-square-foot industrial facility.
