CBRE Promotes Dudley to Vice Chairman

Kevin Dudley has been named vice chairman of CBRE.

“It is a great honor to announce the promotion of Kevin Dudley to vice chairman,” said Jeffrey Hipschman, senior managing director of CBRE’s New Jersey operations. “This is the highest level of recognition for CBRE advisory professionals and marks a major milestone in Kevin’s career as he becomes one of the youngest professionals at CBRE to earn this promotion.”

Dudley is the co-chair of the CBRE Tri-State Black Excellence Group, is a member of the CBRE Global Supply Chain Practice and CBRE Ports and Integrated Logistics group, and an active member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR). He was named to the 2021 Colbert Coldwell Circle for CBRE’s National Top 3% Producers, topping more than $2.3 billion in transactions, and was recognized with his team for three Deal of the Year awards in 2020, 2019 and 2016 by New Jersey Chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP).

Among his many significant landlord transactions, Dudley has arranged millions of square feet of large deals on behalf of top owners such as Ares, Bridge Development, Bridge Industrial Group, Brookfield Properties, Centerpoint, Dermody, Everwest Industrial Partners, Faropoint, Link, PGIM/Greek Development, and Prologis, among others.

On the tenant representation side, he has arranged leases totaling millions of square feet for such leading companies as AAA, Armani, Boxzooka, Blue Apron, Coach, Garden State Cold Storage, JW Logistics, KW International, Michael Kors, Under Armour, United Airlines, Victoria’s Secret, and Volkswagen, to name a few.

In addition to his work at CBRE, Dudley serves as a Board Member of the Children’s Museum of the East End, and the William Paterson Cotsakos College of Business Advisory Council.
