Barrett Distribution Centers, a customized third-party logistics and omni-channel distribution company, has inked a 171,560 square-foot industrial lease at Midpoint Logistics Center, located at 152 Route 206 in Hillsborough, a newly-constructed, 750,000 square-foot facility developed by Los Angeles-based Industrial Realty Group (IRG), reports CBRE.
The CBRE team of Ben Shapiro, Mindy Lissner, William Waxman, Steven Beyda, Kevin Dudley, Robert Pine and David Gheriani acted as the exclusive leasing agent for the property and represented developer/owner IRG in the lease negotiations.
“Barrett is one of the largest family-owned logistics and distribution companies in the country with facilities from coast to coast and is a great addition to the newly developed Midpoint Logistics Center,” said Shapiro. “This strategically located building is ideal for major users looking for quality industrial space at the epicenter of two major consumer markets.”
Midpoint Logistics Center is a 165-acre property being developed in two phases by Industrial Realty Group, a national real estate development and investment firm specializing in the acquisition, development and management of commercial and industrial real estate throughout the United States. The logistics center is just 15 minutes from I-78 and an hour from New York City and Pennsylvania’s Lehigh Valley. It also boasts 36-foot clear ceiling heights and exceptional loading capacity.
Chris Hile of Jones Lang LaSalle represented Barrett Distribution Centers in the lease negotiations.
