Aurora Diagnostics Announces Acquisition of Pathology Associates of Princeton

Aurora Diagnostics, a leading independent pathology services and cancer diagnostics company, announced the acquisition of Pathology Associates of Princeton.

Located within the University Medical Center of Princeton in Plainsboro Township, Pathology Associates provides hospital-based professional anatomic pathology and cytopathology services to the Medical Center, as well as outpatient services to local physician offices, clinics, surgical centers, and endoscopy centers in the surrounding area.
