ALPFA NJ Honoring Leadership, Outgoing Board Members, and Partners at Dec. 7 Gala

The Association of Latino Professionals for America (ALPFA) NJ Chapter will host its inaugural year-end gala at The Westwood, located in Garwood, on the evening of Dec. 7. The occasion will celebrate the chapter’s accomplishments, its corporate partners, and incoming 2024 board members.

ALPFA NJ has navigated the path of empowering Latino professionals, fostering meaningful connections, and advocating for the advancement of its community.

According to the Pew Research Center, “In 2022, Hispanics made up nearly one in five people in the US (19%) – the 50 states and the District of Columbia. This is up from 16% in 2010 and just 5% in 1970.” The next generation of LatinX leaders counts on ALPFA to support them. From students to professionals, ALPFA’s mission is to empower the LatinX community to reach its full potential by connecting them with industry leaders who see the value in nurturing a diverse and inclusive work environment. Companies around New Jersey can continue making a difference by partnering with the ALPFA NJ Chapter!

The ALPFA New Jersey chapter had the distinct honor of winning the ALPFA Innovative Chapter of the Year award in 2021 thanks to its Sí Suite Podcast, breakthrough programming, and inclusion efforts. In August of 2022, it won the ALPFA Community Impact Award thanks to its highly successful community engagement events.
