Agilex Fragrances Acquires Creative Fragrances Ltd. to Strengthen Position as Middle Market Fragrance Provider

Agilex Fragrances has acquired the assets of Texas-based Creative Fragrances Ltd. This strategic combination will enhance Agilex’s role as the leading middle market fragrance company in the United States.

With recognized expertise in Air Care, Home Care, Personal Care, and Fine Fragrance as well as Industrial & Institutional applications, Agilex is the preferred creative fragrance partner for companies seeking to maximize the value of their brands. Agilex CEO Ray Hughes stated, “The addition of Creative Fragrances Ltd. to the Agilex portfolio further strengthens our position in the United States by enlarging our presence in certain geographies and making our product line available to a whole new group of fragrance clients.”

Creative Fragrances Ltd. was established in 1980 and has expanded organically since then. Agilex Fragrances has manufacturing facilities in Branchburg, NJ, Canton, GA and Zhaoqing, China, along with a Creative Center in Piscataway, NJ. Creative Fragrances Ltd.’s Dallas, TX operations will be absorbed into these existing Agilex facilities. Agilex Fragrances’ management has also expressed a desire to transition a number of the current staff of Creative
Fragrances Ltd., LLC.
