Firmenich Appoints New President of Agilex Fragrances

Firmenich has appointed Mathias Hemberger as the new President of Agilex Fragrances. He assumed responsibility effective May 1, 2018 and succeeded Joy Atkinson, who will now resume her role of VP Body & Home Care North America exclusively.

An experienced fragrance professional, Hemberger joined Firmenich in 1995, serving in sales leadership roles based in Germany, India, and the UK. Since 2010, he has successfully led a Global Business Unit from Firmenich’s Princeton office.
