Patrick J. Luzzi Joins Kimmerle Group as Managing Director

Harding Township-based Kimmerle Group (KG) – a multifaceted architectural and interior design company offering a range of real estate planning and development services – has announced that Patrick J. Luzzi of Randolph has joined the firm as managing director.

Luzzi joined KG after his recent tenure as broker of record and managing director of CBRE’s Northern New Jersey operations. In his new role, Luzzi will leverage more than 20 years of diverse real estate experience in overseeing KG’s day-to-day business operations, as well as driving business development and strategic growth efforts for the firm’s healthcare clients.

Luzzi graduated Montclair State University with a bachelor’s degree in political science. Active in his community, Luzzi serves as committee chairperson for the Joseph F. Luzzi Scholarship Fund, an organization that awards financial relief to students suffering hardship at Morris Knolls High School.
