Large Lease Signed at PrincetonSouth Corporate Center

Mercer Oak Realty, a leader in Princeton area commercial real estate, announces that Philadelphia Insurance Companies, a member of the Tokio Marine Group, leased 30,000 square feet at 100 PrincetonSouth Corporate Center, taking the entire 4th floor of the Class A building.

Philadelphia Insurance Companies, headquartered in Bala Cynwyd, Pennsylvania, designs, markets, and underwrites commercial property/casualty and professional liability insurance products, incorporating value-added coverages and services for select industries. The new PrincetonSouth space will enable Philadelphia Insurance to expand and relocate their current Lawrenceville location.
