Keansburg Recognized as One of the Country’s Most Affordable Beach Towns

When it comes to living at the shore, Keansburg is one of the most affordable beach towns in the country, according to REALTOR® Magazine – the official magazine of the National Association of Realtors® and the business tool for real estate professionals.

Just released, REALTOR® Magazine’s list of “Cheapest Beach Towns in America” was derived by looking at coastal communities with a population of at least 1,000 to come up with the 10 most affordable seaside getaways. Keansburg, NJ is #8 on the list, with a median list price for beachfront property of $140,000.

“We take pride in being an affordable beach town – with all the beauty and appeal of some of the larger resort towns – and we’re thrilled to be recognized REALTOR® Magazine,” said Keansburg Mayor George Hoff.

This square-mile, coastal town on the rise has affordable, convenient real estate opportunities for young couples, families and first-time home buyers to live by the beach.
