NAI James E. Hanson, a leading New Jersey-based commercial real estate firm, has facilitated the sale of 19-21 Carr Avenue in Keansburg, New Jersey.
The 14,000-square-foot, mixed-use building is located one block from the Keansburg Amusement Park and Runway Rapids Water Park, both of which are adjacent to the town’s popular beach. The property’s buyer, Father and Sons Building and Remodeling, has assumed ownership of the building, which is well suited to be repurposed into residential housing.
NAI Hanson’s senior vice president John Schilp and vice president Joan Cenicola, represented the seller in the transaction.
“Many commercial properties in Keansburg have been converted to apartments, due to growing demand,” Schilp said. “The town is part of a large redevelopment effort aimed at reinvigorating the economy along the Raritan Bay coastline. We were pleased to help our client sell this investment property, which represents an excellent blend of size, location and flexibility.”
