A results-oriented executive with nearly three decades of healthcare industry leadership experience and expertise, Kevin J. Slavin took the reins at St. Joseph’s in December 2014. As top executive at St. Joseph’s, he is responsible for the overall clinical, academic and operational functions of the 1,000-bed integrated multi-hospital healthcare system. Established in 1867 by its sponsors, the Sisters of Charity of Saint Elizabeth, St. Joseph’s is the mission-driven medical, spiritual and economic foundation of the Passaic County region, dedicated to providing leading-edge high-quality healthcare with a special concern for the poor and underserved.
