Michael has over twenty years’ experience in the health insurance industry and speaks on the topics of health care affordability and health care solutions for small and mid-sized businesses at conferences sponsored by organizations, such as the National Association of Health Underwriters and the New Jersey Business and Industry Association.
Under his leadership, UnitedHealthcare’s New Jersey team rolled out a number of innovative products and services to help people lead healthier lives and lower future health care costs. UnitedHealthcare was one of the first insurers to partner with Health Care Cost Institute to develop a free online medical care shopping tool that will allow consumers to research the price and quality of health care services.
