Brian J. Molloy is managing partner of Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer, a full-service law firm established in 1919. A consummate professional, Mr. Molloy’s practice involves all types of business litigation. He has been lead counsel in several trials in many jurisdictions, and has extensive appellate experience in the state and federal courts. He is co-chair of the firm’s Appellate Practice Team, former Chair of the Ethics Committee and was appointed Special Ethics Master by the Supreme Court of New Jersey in several cases. Mr. Molloy is truly the “lawyer’s lawyer” with concentrated experience representing law firms in legal malpractice claims.
