As founder and CEO of Micro Strategies Inc., Anthony Bongiovanni launched the business over thirty years ago from a two-person company in a small office focusing on software applications to a multi-million dollar organization with over 125 employees and three locations in the Northeast.

Mr. Bongiovanni is responsible for guiding Micro Strategies’ Sales, Marketing, Business Development and Practice Groups and he sets the strategy for future expansion and profitability. Micro Strategies has seen significant growth in all areas of business and has expanded solution offerings focusing on Big Data and Analytics, Security and Compliance, Collaboration and Mobility, and Enterprise Content Management, as well as Infrastructure Solutions. The company embraces a cross sell, cross industry strategy focusing on the customer’s IT and business objectives.

Micro Strategies is one of only a handful of companies nationwide with two Business Partner Innovation Centers allowing New York Metro and Mid-Atlantic area companies to test new applications, demonstrate proofs of concept and identify new strategies. The centers are also used for educational seminars
and training.

Micro Strategies has the distinct advantage of offering its clients short and long-term staffing solutions. The company’s staffing division, called Resource 1,
places staff members in roles at companies that otherwise do not have the resources or technical teams to implement and maintain their technology projects. This enables staffing, resource and budget flexibility on an as needed basis.
