55th Annual “New Good Neighbor” Awards

The New Jersey Business & Industry Association and New Jersey Business magazine proudly present the 55th Annual New Good Neighbor Awards, which salute those firms that have, in the last two years, contributed to the economic value of their communities by constructing new buildings or investing in noteworthy improvement projects.

This year, a total of 31 projects were entered, comprising a total of $391.58 million in development investments and creating a total of 4,925 jobs in the state.

An independent panel from a cross section of state associations and organizations judged the entries based on their economic benefits, job creation, architectural merit and community involvement. On the following pages, we reveal the 11 winners, as well as one special award. This group of 12 comprises a total of $287.6 million in capital investments and 1,992 jobs.

The 2015 New Good Neighbor Award winners are being honored at a luncheon on June 5 at Forsgate Country Club, Monroe Township.
