Phase 2: New Good Neighbor Nominated Project Form

Congratulations on being nominated for the prestigious New Good Neighbor Award.  This page is for nominated companies to provide required information about their projects.

Each year New Jersey Business Magazine recognizes new and renovated facilities that add to the advancement of economic development in the Garden State.  The winning projects will be recognized in the July 2024 issue of the magazine.

In order to be considered, we need information for our judging committee. Please complete the following form which should take about 15 minutes.  We require a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 10 photographs of the nominated project.  They should be high-resolution images (jpeg file format).  These images will be a strong part of the judging process and must include photographs of the finished project.  For renovation projects, before and after pictures should also be included.  Combined photograph file size should not exceed 30 megabytes.

Information must be supplied no later than April 8, 2024.

We also honor your partners involved with this project including the builder/developer, architect and nominator. Please have all of the required information available when filling out this form. You will need:

  • Advertising/PR Contact
  • Completion Date of Project
  • Total Cost of Construction
  • Square Footage if known
  • Total Construction Employment
  • Post-construction Employment
  • Primary Architect and contact information
  • Primary Builder/Developer and contact information
  • Funding Source
  • 3-5 high-resolution photos

Winners will be notified at the end of April by e-mail and will be featured in the July 2024 issue of New Jersey Business Magazine.

Failure to fill out the Stage 2 form by the deadline of  April 8, 2024, means an automatic disqualification.  Note: Information supplied will be published in the July 2024 issue of New Jersey Business Magazine.  The Magazine is not responsible for incorrect information supplied.
