Zelis Healthcare Announces Acquisition of Dental Network

Bedminster-based Zelis Healthcare, a market‐leading healthcare information technology company, announces the purchase of Altanta, Georgia-based Maverest Dental Network.

Maverest is one of the largest independent dental PPO networks in the country. The network covers all 50 states and includes more than 30,000 dentists with a high concentration in the Midwest.

The asset purchase allows Zelis to continue its growth in serving dental market needs with expansion of its direct contract holdings. Maverest will join other dental networks under its Network Solutions business unit led by Tina Ellex, president.
