Worman Named Senior VP and General Manager for Caesars Atlantic City

Caesars Entertainment has appointment Karen Worman as the new senior vice president and general manager for Caesars Atlantic City, which has recently undergone a $240 million resort transformation, part of the company’s $428 million investment in the Atlantic City market.

Worman will oversee operations and administration of all facets of the hotel, casino, and its new enhancements such as the East Coast’s first Gordon Ramsay Hell’s Kitchen, the region’s first Nobu restaurant, nearly 800 new guestrooms and suites, The Pool at Caesars, and Nobu Hotel, arriving later this year, among other new offerings.

With a career spanning over three decades, Worman has demonstrated exceptional leadership and dedication within the Atlantic City gaming industry. As regional vice president of finance for Tropicana, Harrah’s Resort, and Caesars, she was recognized with Caesars Entertainment’s prestigious Trailblazer in Leadership award last year for her unwavering commitment to continuous improvement, her “team first” mentality and her ability to champion high-profile initiatives for the company.

Beginning her career as an accounting clerk at Harrah’s Atlantic City, Worman quickly climbed the ranks by gaining experience in both finance and operations. Her pursuit of excellence and her ability to consistently add value to the organization led her to hold positions such as operations controller and assistant general manager.

In her new position, Worman will report directly to John Koster, regional president for Caesars Entertainment’s Eastern Division.

“Karen’s experience and successful track record working with our Atlantic City Team Members and stakeholders are invaluable,” stated Koster. “Atlantic City is a critical market for us, and this news comes at an incredibly exciting time as we complete our stunning $240 million resort transformation and prepare to open Nobu Hotel. We take great pride in having leaders like Karen who strive to create extraordinary experiences for our guests, the community we serve, and our Team Members.”
