WorkWave Acquires Cube Six, Inc.

Holmdel-based WorkWave has acquired Cube Six Inc. – a provider of fully-integrated field service ERP solutions for the HVAC, electrical and plumbing markets, including its flagship product, ServMan.

Based in Indian Trail, North Carolina, Cube Six has been in business since 2001, and serves clients such as Morris Jenkins, Tudi Mechanical, and Air Group. Its ServMan product is named a “Master” in Software Advice’s FrontRunners® for Field Service quadrant by Gartner.

The addition of ServMan to the WorkWave solution portfolio expands WorkWave’s market-leadership in the field service space to HVAC, electrical and plumbing, combining deep industry expertise with extensive software capabilities, helping customers to optimize all aspects of operations – from increasing back office efficiencies such as scheduling, billing and inventory management, to improving mobile field worker productivity via routing and tracking, and enhancing front office capabilities that improve the customer experience and drive new business.

“We are very excited to welcome Rob Webster and his team to the WorkWave family,” said Chris Sullens, CEO of WorkWave. “They have the broad software capabilities, the industry knowledge, and commitment to customer service that is necessary to help us serve the needs of small to mid-market companies operating in the HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing markets. This combination will enhance our already robust software capabilities and industry expertise, while accelerating our growth moving forward.”

Rob Webster, CEO of Cube Six, stated: “We are very excited to join the WorkWave team and looking forward to mutually accelerating our growth in the field service space. Being a part of WorkWave will greatly benefit our clients, partners, and employees going forward.”
